Refund and Return Policy

At Veloor, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

a. Time Frame
You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

b. Condition Requirements
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

c. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Underwear
• Swimwear
• Earrings
• Cosmetics and beauty products
• Final sale items
• Personalized or custom-made items

2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at returns@unlimitedfreedomconsulting.in within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Return Authorization
Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions within 2 business days.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely with the RAN clearly marked on the package and ship them to the address provided.

3. Return Shipping

Domestic Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs or duties. Tracked and insured shipping is recommended.

4. Refund Process

a. Processing Time
Returns are inspected within 5–7 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

b. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear.

c. Refund Amount
Refunds cover the returned item(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If free shipping was applied, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at support@unlimitedfreedomconsulting.in with photos of the item and packaging.

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.

7. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item at no cost and provide a prepaid return label.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked as delivered by the carrier, Veloor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ship to a secure location or request signature confirmation.

If a package is lost before delivery, contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

9. Partial Returns

Refunds for partial returns are calculated based on returned items only. Promotional discounts may be adjusted if the remaining order no longer qualifies.

10. Sale & Promotional Items

Sale items may be returned within 30 days unless marked as final sale. Promotional gifts must be returned to receive a full refund.

11. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: Orders may be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped and must follow the standard return process.

12. Store Credit

In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases.
